Chachees Chai Cafe is amazing! I got the Triple Threat Poutine, and it was really, really good—probably the best poutine I’ve had. The sauces were perfect, the meat was flavorful, and the sausage was on point—really, really good. For the price, it was totally worth it. The staff was also super nice, especially the hijabi girl—she was really, really kind and welcoming. The ambience is great, and the best part? It’s fully halal! Definitely a must-visit!

Absolutely cute coffee shop, perfect place to hangout with friends. It has plenty sitting area with antique and tasteful decor. Even their bathroom is well designed with bidet and clean. The customer service is a 10/10 with fast service, very attentive and accommodating. I had an iced latte with almond milk, which wasn’t too sweet, just perfect! Their coffee cake was fresh, soft, yummy and sweet but not overly sweet. Their butter chicken poutine was made fresh, cheesy, creamy, slightly spicy which gives it a nice kick. They carry a wide range of drinks both hot and cold, fresh baked sweets, the classic Indian street food, panini and more to please your palate. Conveniently located in a plaza with plenty of parking and very easy access. My overall experience is a 10/10

I would say if you are an Chai lover this place is highly recommended for you. I have never tried such an amazing chai in Canada so far. This place is truly an amazing experience with some existing antiques placed there.

Great to find a place with so many takes no the traditional desi chai. Really enjoyed the iced chai. The chachi-chino was good too but a bit too sweet and not enough chai flavor in it. The place has a great vibe but too noisy.

If you’re a chai enthusiast or just looking for a cozy spot to relax, this place is a must-visit. They offer a variety of options, from traditional masala chai to creative twists like saffron or rose-infused blends. I tried their iced pink chai, i know not everyones cup of tea but I really liked the taste and i also tried karak chai it was a comforting hug in a cup.

I have been to this place before multiple times and had a decent experience but what we encountered in our recent visit was hilarious. So we ordered for a Rose chai and they gave us pink chai by error. I understand that we missed on checking before picking it up from the counter however without sipping we took it back to tell them of the mistake but the response was disappointing as they did not wanted to accept the mistake. But after few minutes I love the way they handled it as they understood their error and came apologizing to make it right. We really appreciated them coming all the way to our table with correct order later and accepting their mistake. I understand that they get overwhelmed with crowd. Special thanks to the lady with nose piercing in handling the situation! “I was writing this review with low rating however they changed my experience while I was still completing my review and I ended up giving them 5stars”

They have the best ambience for a cafe. This place is our first choice for a late night tea/ hangout. Loved their kharak chai and other drinks. The pistachio cake we bought was average. Recommend this spot for a late night tea with friends!

The iced matcha series is amazing. My favourite is the original but my friends love the strawberry one. I asked the staff and they said the matcha is from Japan! Also the vibe and decor inside is very welcoming. Edit: my family is addicted to Matcha now and I bring one home for the wife too
